Surprise me: NFL
204yards
A rookie ran for 204 yards in the Super Bowl.
Timmy Smith had run for just 126 yards in his whole rookie season before Super Bowl XXII. In that game he ran for a Super Bowl record 204 yards and 2 touchdowns as Washington beat Denver 42 to 10. In 1990 he ran for 6 yards in one game for Dallas, and his career was over.
His one big game is still the only 200 yard rushing game in Super Bowl history.
